About Graeme Sayer
Hello! I’m Graeme Sayer, a passionate motivational speaker dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential and drive meaningful change. With over 30 years of experience in project management, training, coaching and mentoring, leadership development and personal growth, I’ve had the privilege of speaking at corporate conferences, educational institutions, and community events, inspiring audiences to take action and achieve their goals.
My Mission: To empower people through engaging and thought-provoking presentations that drive real, actionable change.
My Journey: With a career spanning decades, I have dedicated myself to advancing project management and education. As a published author, my work reflects a deep commitment to these fields. I’ve had the privilege of serving as a Project Evaluator for the KwaZulu Natal Provincial Housing Board and an External Examiner for the MBA Business School at the University of Natal.
My teaching career includes lecturing in Project Management and related subjects at prestigious institutions such as Varsity College Business School and Damelin College. I am also a Professional Member of the Project Management Institute of South Africa, with registrations with the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA) and the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
In addition to my academic and evaluative roles, I founded Development Management Services, Development Unlimited, and Adventure Unlimited, and was a partner in Development & Engineering Consultants (DEC). Through these ventures, I have made a significant impact on project management and management education, offering extensive training, facilitation, and consultancy services. My journey reflects a continuous pursuit of excellence and a passion for fostering growth and development in the fields of project management and education.
